The Avocado & Shrimps is the ultimate freshness starter. With its meat carefully seasoned upon order to preserve all its qualities, the avocado allies itself to the homemade cocktail sauce and to the crunchiness of the shrimps and the peanut crumble topping flavoured with squid ink. You can taste this version of the Californian dish you may know at the Oyster Bar as a chic snack or seated in the restaurant as a starter (29€ in the restaurant / 29€ in its cocktail version with a glass of wine at the Oyster Bar).
